Product Details

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

The mother, Margarito's daughter, holds her baby up so the baby can see, while she just peeks out from behind the child. The homemade red hat shades the baby's eyes. I was struck by the photo of Alex Burrows who took many pictures of the Nicaraguan mothers and children at the Help for Nicaragua Clinic in Santa Lastenias. I wrote the following poem..........................................SWEET MEMORIES

Sweet memories
we build between families.
All that we dreamed and more.
Sweet the presences,
returning, retouching after long absences
in store.

All of those longings
becoming reality.
All those held dear
brought near.
The young learn our history,
the old share the mystery
All come together
dispelling fear.

Strong are the spirits
of the trees of families:
white oaks, spruce, maple,
growing tall, generous, capable.
Each has its own season,
each has its own time to live, and reason.
Each has its own pla...
