I wrote the following poem...............................................................................................BURNING
There is a burning in my heart
that nothing can quench.
A fire steadily glows in the center
I value most
It is fire from heaven, a foretaste
of the burning God IS
Who will touch me as I pass through
His Center and burn away
all that cannot stand
in that Radiant Place.
Everyone who hates that shining
will become part of the dark,
another kind of burning –
lust, greed, pride, prejudice
all burn and make ugly sores,
that can only be healed by burning,
the beautiful burning light,
JESUS
